- Is everything 100% Authentic?
Yes, we get our products from Headquarters or Official distributors of the brand.
- What is the working hour?
Mon-Fri (8AM~4PM) / Sat (9AM~12PM) / Sunday & Public Holidays OFF
About Order
- Can I Cancel a paid order?
Yes, if we haven't proceed with your order. However, if the order status is under "To Pack" or "To Ship", your order is not eligible for cancellation.
- Can I change shipping address for a paid order?
Yes, kindly contact us +6011 3906 7144 or email us customersupport@kissableskin.com.my. However, if the order status is under "To Pack" or "To Ship", your order is not eligible for any changes.
- Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?

About Shipping
- Where do you ship to?
We ship all peninsulas in Malaysia. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at the moment.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from Selangor, Malaysia.
- What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
Standard Delivery in West Malaysia is RM4.50 and East Malaysia is RM7.00. Free shipping for order above RM100.00. It takes around 2~3 business days for West and 5~7 business days for East.
- When will you ship my items?
We ship out orders that were placed before ship out cut off time on the SAME DAY. However, we do NOT ship out on Sundays and Public Holidays.

About Refund & Return
- My item is Lost/Damaged, can I get refund?
Please submit a photo of evidence to +6011 3906 7144 or customersupport@kissableskin.com.my. After an internal investigation, our team will proceed with refund. For Damaged goods, it is NOT required to return.
- I have changed my mind, can I return?
Kindly contact us +6011 3906 7144 or email us customersupport@kissableskin.com.my and our agent will help you with return. Please note that all items must be in original packaging/sealing. Used or Damaged items will return back to you without any refund and customer has to bare the shipping fees.
- My parcel is lost during transit, what should I do?
Kindly contact us +6011 3906 7144 or email us customersupport@kissableskin.com.my and our agent will help to investigate further with our logistic team. If the parcel is missing confirmed by our logistic team, we will proceed with refund.
- When can I request for refund or return?
You are eligible to request return or refund for 14 days upon arrival. After 14 days, you are NO LONGER eligible for refund/return.
