At Kissable Skin Malaysia, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a request.
1. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

Our team will conduct an internal investigation with the courier or relevant department.
Once verified, we will proceed with a refund.
For damaged goods, you are not required to return the item.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Our support team will assist you with the return process.
Please note:

Returned items must be in their original packaging/sealing.

Used or damaged items will be sent back to you without refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
3. Lost Parcels During Transit
If your parcel is missing during delivery, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email.
We will investigate with our logistics partner.
Once the parcel is officially confirmed lost, a refund will be issued.
4. Refund & Return Period
You are eligible to request a return or refund within 14 days upon parcel arrival.
After 14 days, we are unable to process any return or refund requests.
