Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kissable Skin Malaysia, operated by Slim Korea Sdn. Bhd. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Malaysia.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri) and before 12:00 PM (Sat) will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery duration after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped via SPX or J&T Express.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your parcel has been shipped.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above RM100.00.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, our customer support team will conduct a thorough investigation with the courier.
Once confirmed, we will proceed with a refund.

If the parcel is damaged after arrival, please provide photo evidence via email or WhatsApp for further assistance.

7. Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, Slim Korea Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will process a refund for the product(s) only.
